The challenge
Fleet operators need to know where vehicles are, how they are being used, and be able to act when something goes wrong. That requires tracking devices in the vehicles, reliable communication back to a server, and software that turns raw position data into trips, alerts and reports an operator can use.
What we did
We built a web and mobile experience for operators, with live map tracking, trip and route playback, stop and trip reports, geofence alerts and push notifications. Operators can also send commands to supported devices from the app, such as stopping or resuming the engine, arming the alarm or requesting an immediate position.
The result
iFalconTrace runs the full chain from hardware to decision. Devices in vehicles report position over mobile networks, the platform turns that into trips and alerts, and operators act on it from their phone. It is the clearest example of how we work across the boundary between physical equipment and software.

From device to decision
Tracking is a chain, and every link matters: the device in the vehicle, the mobile network it reports over, the server that receives and interprets its messages, and the app the operator uses. Building on a proven tracking server let us put our effort where it matters for operators, the experience and the actions they can take.
Acting, not just watching
Seeing a vehicle on a map is only part of the value. Being able to respond matters more: receiving an alert when a vehicle leaves a geofence, and sending a command to the device from the same app.
